According to my research, three substances should be effective in high dosages
1.) Vitamine C, read Dr. Thomas E. Levys books, for example "Primal Panacea" if you want to know why this works.
2.) Vitamine D (always combine with K2), read "Dr. Helden"s information if you want to know why this works, or other information of that kind.
3.) Iodine (Lugols Solution) (always combine with Selenium), see for example "Fenbenlady"s information at minds.com

If you have a Vitamine A deficiency, also take Vitamine A.

How Can We Best Prevent or Treat COVID-19 Infection?

While it's unclear exactly which treatment is the most effective, my guess is that Dr. Paul Marik's intravenous vitamin C protocol for sepsis would be a good starting point, seeing how sepsis appears to be what kills those who succumb to a serious COVID-19 infection.

Marik's retrospective before-after clinical study14,15 showed that giving patients IV vitamin C with hydrocortisone and vitamin B1 for two days reduced mortality from 40% to 8.5%. The precise protocol used was 200 mg of thiamine every 12 hours, 1,500 mg of ascorbic acid every six hours, and 50 mg of hydrocortisone every six hours.16 Importantly, the treatment has no side effects and is inexpensive, readily available and simple to administer.

According to Marik, vitamin C and corticosteroids have a synergistic effect,17 which is part of why his combo protocol is so effective. Still, simply using high-dose IV vitamin C exclusively has been shown to improve survival in patients with sepsis and acute respiratory failure, reducing mortality from 46% to 30%.18

It also reduced the number of days they needed to remain hospitalized. On average, those who received vitamin C had by Day 28 spent three fewer days in the intensive care unit than the placebo group (seven days compared to 10). By Day 60, the treatment group had also spent seven fewer days in the hospital overall —15 days compared to 22.19

While there are no trials that look at integrating hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), my suspicion is that this would provide a powerful synergy that could get the fatality rate from sepsis even closer to zero. Sadly, HBOT is not available at many hospitals, and even if it were, it is not approved for sepsis.

A Report on Successful Treatment of Coronavirus

To all medical professionals around the world:

My name is Dr. Zev Zelenko and I practice medicine in Monroe, NY. For the last 16 years, I have cared for approximately 75% of the adult population of Kiryas Joel, which is a very close knit community of approximately 35,000 people in which the infection spread rapidly and unchecked prior to the imposition of social distancing.

As of today my team has tested approximately 200 people from this community for Covid-19, and 65% of the results have been positive. If extrapolated to the entire community, that means more than 20,000 people are infected at the present time. Of this group, I estimate that there are 1500 patients who are in the high-risk category (i.e. >60, immunocompromised, comorbidities, etc).

Given the urgency of the situation, I developed the following treatment protocol in the pre-hospital setting and have seen only positive results:

1. Any patient with shortness of breath regardless of age is treated.

2. Any patient in the high-risk category even with just mild symptoms is treated.

3. Young, healthy and low risk patients even with symptoms are not treated (unless their circumstances change and they fall into category 1 or 2).

My out-patient treatment regimen is as follows:

1. Hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days

2. Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days

3. Zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days

The rationale for my treatment plan is as follows. I combined the data available from China and South Korea with the recent study published from France (sites available on request). We know that hydroxychloroquine helps Zinc enter the cell. We know that Zinc slows viral replication within the cell. Regarding the use of azithromycin, I postulate it prevents secondary bacterial infections. These three drugs are well known and usually well tolerated, hence the risk to the patient is low.

Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen.

Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.

In sum, my urgent recommendation is to initiate treatment in the outpatient setting as soon as possible in accordance with the above. Based on my direct experience, it prevents acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), prevents the need for hospitalization and saves lives.

Advice from a respiratory therapist:

Since they are calling on Respiratory therapists to help fight the Corona virus, and I am a retired one, too old to work in a hospital setting, I'm gonna share some common sense wisdom with those that have the virus and trying to stay home. If my advice is followed as given you will improve your chances of not ending up in the hospital on a ventilator. This applies to the otherwise generally healthy population, so use discretion.

1. Only high temperatures kill a virus, so let your fever run high. Tylenol, Advil. Motrin, Ibuprofen etc. will bring your fever down allowing the virus to live longer. They are saying that ibuprophen, advil etc will actually exacerbate the virus. Use common sense and don't let fever go over 103 or 104 if you got the guts. If it gets higher than that take your tylenol, not ibuprophen or advil to keep it regulated. It helps to keep house warm and cover up with blankets so body does not have to work so hard to generate the heat. It usually takes about 3 days of this to break the fever.
2. The body is going to dehydrate with the elevated temperature so you must rehydrate yourself regulaly, whether you like it or not. Gatorade with real sugar, or pedialyte with real sugar for kids, works well. Why the sugar? Sugar will give your body back the energy it is using up to create the fever. The electrolytes and fluid you are losing will also be replenished by the Gatorade. If you don't do this and end up in the hospital they will start an IV and give you D5W (sugar water) and Normal Saline to replenish electrolytes. Gatorade is much cheaper, pain free, and comes in an assortment of flavors
3. You must keep your lungs moist. Best done by taking long steamy showers on a regular basis, if your wheezing or congested use a real minty toothpaste and brush your teeth while taking the steamy shower and deep breath through your mouth. This will provide some bronchial dialation and help loosen the phlegm. Force your self to cough into a wet wash cloth pressed firmly over your mouth and nose, which will cause greater pressure in your lungs forcing them to expand more and break loose more of the congestion.
4. Eat healthy and regularly. Gotta keep your strength up.
5. Once the fever breaks, start moving around to get the body back in shape and blood circulating.
6. Deep breath on a regular basis, even when it hurts. If you don't it becomes easy to develope pneumonia. Pursed lip breathing really helps. That's breathing in deep and slow then exhaling through tight lips as if your blowing out a candle, blow until you have completely emptied your lungs and you will be able to breath in an even deeper breath. This helps keep lungs expanded as well as increase your oxygen level.
7. Remember that every medication you take is merely relieving the symptoms, not making you well.
8. If your still dying go to ER.

I've been doing these things for myself and my family for over 40 years and kept them out of the hospital, all are healthy and still living today. Thank you all for sharing. We gotta help one another.

I read that increasing ventilation significantly reduces the chance to pick up covid-19, so open windows in buses, trains, rooms etc. when there are a lot of people there and make sure fresh air is flowing through. Or make sure the air flows by increasing ventilation for example by using ventilators etc..

On March 23, Dr. Vladimir Zelenko reported that he had treated around 500 coronavirus patients with HCQ and had seen an astonishing 100% success rate. That’s not the “anecdotal” evidence Dr. Fauci sneers at, but actual results with real patients in clinical settings.

“Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen. Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.”

For those of you who say there are no studies proving masks don’t work here is a large compilation of references.

You would need a full body system or better to get anywhere near 0.007um I do particulate filtering in my work as an engineer it is not possible to get this low of a particle size without spending a lot of money.
N95 mask at best will filter to 0.3um (microns) https://www.honeywell.com/en-us/newsroom/news/2020/03/n95-masks-explained This is the manufacturer’s web site for N95 masks. This means N95 or lower type masks (paper or homemade) will absolutely not stop any virus. (most viruses are this size or smaller).
Your homemade mask will never do as good as the N95 fabric lets in up to >0.1mm particles this is 1000x the size of the virus….
Once a mask is used one day it must be thoroughly washed and disinfected to be able to do anything the next day. Otherwise you are just creating a bacteria rag that you wear on your face. N95 masks are meant to be disposable (one use only) for a reason…

FACE MASKS ARE USELESS AND ENDANGER HEALTH !
In my country (Estonia), doctors spoke out and said that these rules have no scientific proof. Perhaps this was the reason why this idiotic/harmful rule was never implemented. Guess what, we are doing just fine! In Brazil for example, according to a government decree, allegedly to protect against coronavirus, all citizens must wear a face a masks in public places. People have generally followed these rules without thinking, they have blindly assumed that “experts” have given them a valid advice. However, leading medical doctors now warn that
not only do face masks fail to protect the healthy from getting sick, but they also create serious health risks to the wearer.

1. There is NO scientific support for the use of face masks!
Careful examination of the literature, in which 17 of the best studies were analyzed, concluded that, that there is no scientific evidence necessitating the wearing of a face mask for prevention (1). Any recommendations have to be based on studies of virus transmission, however, NO studies have been done to demonstrate that either a cloth mask or the N95 mask has any effect on transmission of the COVID-19 virus. The recommendations / requirements to wear a mask are not based on any studies of this virus and have never been used to contain any other virus pandemic or epidemic in history. Therefore, government rule to ENFORCE wearing a mask has no scientific basis and is outraight dangerous to humah health.

2. Wearing a face mask endangers your health!
Several studies have found significant problems with wearing such a mask. This can vary from headaches, to increased airway resistance, carbon dioxide accumulation, to hypoxia, all the way to serious life-threatening complications.

Masks, especially N95 respirator masks, impair respiratory exchange and are often associated with headaches. 2, 3. While straps and pressure from the mask could be causative of headaches, the bulk of the evidence points toward hypoxia and/or hypercapnia as the cause. That is, a reduction in blood oxygenation (hypoxia) or an elevation in blood C02 (hypercapnia). It is known that the N95 mask, if worn for hours, can reduce blood oxygenation as much as 20%, which can lead to a loss of consciousness and cause elderly individuals or any person with poor lung function passing out and falling, hitting their head. This, of course, can lead to death.
Researchers have found that the mask reduced the blood oxygen levels (paO2) significantly. 4. The longer the duration of wearing the mask, the greater the fall in blood oxygen levels. Studies have shown is that a drop in oxygen levels (hypoxia) is associated with an impairment in immunity. This sets the stage for contracting any infection, including COVID-19 and making the consequences of that infection much graver. In essence, your mask may put you at an increased risk of infections and if so, having a much worse outcome.5,6,7
Elderly and those with lung diseases, such as COPD, emphysema or pulmonary fibrosis, wearing a facial mask of any kind—which can cause a severe worsening of lung function. This also includes lung cancer patients and people having had lung surgery, especially with partial resection or even the removal of a whole lung.
People with cancer, especially if the cancer has spread, will be at a further risk from prolonged hypoxia as the cancer grows best in a microenvironment that is low in oxygen.

Low oxygen also promotes inflammation which can promote the growth, invasion and spread of cancers.8,9.

Repeated episodes of hypoxia has been proposed as a significant factor in atherosclerosis and hence increases all cardiovascular (heart attacks) and cerebrovascular (strokes) diseases.10
Wearing these masks on a daily basis, especially if worn for several hours is dangerous for infected people as well: They will expel some of the virus with each breath and If they are wearing a mask, they will be constantly rebreathing the viruses, raising the concentration of the virus in the lungs and the nasal passages. We know that people who have the worst reactions to the coronavirus have the highest concentrations of the virus early on. And this leads to the deadly cytokine storm in a selected number. It gets even more frightening. Evidence suggests that in some cases the virus can enter the brain(11,12). In most instances it enters the brain by way of the olfactory nerves (smell nerves), which connect directly with the area of the brain dealing with recent memory and memory consolidation.

By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain.13
Wearing a mask and “social distancing” may also have serious psychological consequences for human beings and for whole human society.
The fact that this virus is a relatively benign infection for the vast majority of the population and that most of the at-risk group also survive, from an infectious disease and epidemiological standpoint, by letting the virus spread through the healthier population we will reach a herd immunity level rather quickly that will end this pandemic quickly and prevent a return. During this time, we need to protect the at-risk population by avoiding close contact, boosting their immunity with compounds that boost cellular immunity and in general, care for them.
The bottom line is that you should not wear a face mask! Government policy makers have implement a rule that has no scientific basis and is in fact harmful to citizens! This dangerous practice should be stopped immediately!

Therefore it is probably a much better idea to wear a plexiglass face shield. Only wear where you must. Desinfect the plexiglass regularly (for example with simple booze, aka hard liquor, aka alcohol, for example 32%, or with water and soap etc.).

The argument about the size of the virus vs. filtration capabilities of masks has zero merit or scientific evidence behind it.

The virus (like so many other similar viruses) do not get up and fly on their own (there are hoaxes on the internet saying it is airborne, but they have been consistently debunked). They travel via respiratory droplets which either land directly in/around eyes, mouth and nose, if small enough may become aerosolized and subsequently inhaled, or fall on other surfaces and then transferred to the eyes, mouth, and nose.

Respiratory droplets are significantly larger than a virus - usually in the range of 5 µm to 1000 µm - which an n95 mask is more than capable of handling.

This also doesn’t account for the fact that neither the virus nor respiratory droplets are in any way capable of navigation, so even masks with holes larger than 1000 µm are capable of reducing exposure just by being there.

And did they even read their own references properly?

First of all, let’s clear up some terminology. Hypoxia specifically means lowered oxygenation of the tissue, but has come to be (incorrectly) used to refer to lowered oxygenation of the blood (which is actually called hypoxemia). I will use the correct terminology here - hypoxia for tissue, hypoxemia for blood…

Reference 1 - The conclusion states “The effectiveness of masks and respirators is linked to consistent and correct usage” - they suggest masks do work, but in most cases were being used incorrectly.

Reference 2 - States that their own results are inconclusive.

Reference 3 - This opposes the argument that hypoxemia/hypercarbia is the probable cause of headaches, listing them as only related possibilities, with design of the PPE being the major factor.

Reference 4 - This hypothesizes that the reduction in blood oxygen is a psychological effect of the mask more than a physical barrier when it states “Thus it is hard to believe that these masks serve as a reducer of oxygen uptake, but they may be acting as a psychological restriction over spontaneous breathing of the active surgeon”.

Reference 8 & 10 - These references specifically talk about hypoxia, and are thus invalid to the argument since hypoxemia levels from masks are not sufficient to cause hypoxia.

Reference 9 - Russell Blaylock MD is a complete fucking nutjob whose unscientific notions have little to no scientific basis: https://geneticliteracyproject.org/glp-facts/russell-blaylock/ - reading that it sounds like they’ve been listening to him.

Reference 12 - Yes, the virus can cause viral encephalopathy. Nothing to argue there. But nothing here proves (or even mentions) that masks cause you to rebreathe the virus. Obviously it happens to some small degree, but there is also no evidence that rebreathing the virus causes an increase in chance of viral encephalopathy.

Reference 13 - Says there is no proof that viral encephalitis occurs via the olfactory nerves in humans, and most human viral encephalopathy (with other viruses) occurs via the bloodstream, and only suggests the possibility of it with Covid19 because they have seen evidence indicating it in mice!

I currently do not have time to analyze all this and reply. Yes, changing links are a problem in the Internet, ever changing links and disappearing content is “normal” thanks to copyright and various legal reasons.

Let me think about all that. I have to contemplate if I should take this down, but there are several other factors at play here which are also worth considering, but I simply dont have time right now. You are most likely right about the size of the droplets, which would justify masks to a certain degree. (hypoxia or hypoxemia is a technicality from my point of view as it does not change the basic problem that masks will create the below mentioned problems in many people, especially if they are forced to wear them during long work hours.)

However, I think to assess all this, one has to take many more factors into account: 1.) The governments are basically forcing the entire population to wear these masks, often also during long work hours. 1.1.) This means that A LOT of people will get reduced immunity thanks to CO2 rebreathing and possible lung damage or lung infection because of virus / bacteria inhalation, and this during a pandemic. Most people will only use basic cloth masks. So you will create a guaranteed number of people with reduced immunity and lung problems, the question is if this is justified if you compare the total damage to the damage caused by coronavirus. Furthermore the reduced immunity will make them more vulnerable (to all sorts of infectious diseases). 1.2.) Many people are not going to desinfect masks properly. 1.3.) Many people will think “I wear a mask” and will stop social distancing, or will not keep the recommended distance, which is a desaster, as social distancing is probably THE most important factor. 1.4.) There are always the types who wear a mask ALL THE TIME, even when alone and out in the open. 1.5.) Many masks need readjustment - so people will touch their face near their eyes etc., which they should not do. So masks might increase infection rates by this problem alone. 1.6.) Masks stop working after a few hours or sooner, aka if they are wet, aka the droplets will get through the soaked masks.

The question is if all this is justified if wearing a simple plexiglas face shield can do the same, and is much more hygienic. I guess it is also probably better regarding CO2 inhalation. A plexiglass shield furthermore usually also protects the eyes. So why arent governments recommending it? Please note that in Asia people wear these masks mainly because of air pollution and dust. They can also stop bacterial infections.
I guess you will agree that the most important factor in a pandemic is overall immunity. Good immune system = you are usually bullet proof. In case of covid-19 you might say well, the cytokine storm turns your own immune system against you, so this can also affect young people, but there are ways to stop this, for example this recipe is supposed to work great:

We also know, and this is verified by studies, that simple vitamine D in high dosage makes you virtually bulletproof. Vitamine C also works very well, especially intravenous. Inhalation of Oregano-oil or inhalation (nebulizing) colloidal silver is also supposed to work. Also increasing your intake of for example Iodine.

Yet, governments (which are corrupt of course and in the pockets of big pharma) still insist that there is no way to prevent covid-19 and that the only available measures are washing your hands, wearing masks and practicing social distancing.

At the same time, I heard that patients who do not show symptoms are not infectious, or that an infection is very seldom, aka asymptomatic carriers do not infect. Patients with symptoms infect through direct contact (droplets). I even heard that transmission via smear infection is not proven. Another factor you hear nothing about from our beloved governments is ventilation (draft) - so, if you open windows in a bus or set the ventilation to maximum the chance of contracting covid-19 by a diseased passenger is said to sink significantly (or dramatically, cant remember). Why dont you hear anything about this from our beloved governments and the so called experts?

Sane measures would probably be to issue mandatory wearing of protective equipment at “hotspots”, and hotspots only, for example plexiglass face shields. And not cloth masks for the entire population. Furthermore focus on social distancing, maximum ventilation in public transportation. Supply people with substances that increase immunity (instead of pretending nothing exists that works for covid-19). If someone has a verified infection, immediately find out who this person met and isolate all this cases as well (this is being done, more or less professionally, by now, lol). Temperature readings at entrances of certain buildings, at gatherings, at the borders etc…

From my POV it looks as if governments are not interested - they want the multi billion profits (they are most certainly bribed by big pharma), they want the total surveillance state (like in China, including social score), they want the prohibition of cash, they want a 1984 society, they want world government etc. etc… Oh and they also want a 2nd lockdown - then the economy can finally crash and they can declare covid-19 as the culprit, “there was nothing wrong with the system” <-- lol. They want forced mass vaccinations and not only once, but regularly.

Sorry for my clumsy english, my mother tongue is german.

This is just a sketch, but I think I wrote most of my thoughts. Oh and btw, why dont we have videos of people falling over like in Wuhan, seemingly in the entire western world? Lets just say something is very, very fishy about all this, and I think the genii (if this is the plural of genius) who said there cant be a world conspiracy - as if it was so difficult for a few rich people to create a plan and coordinate it with each other - should think twice. Of course there can, and it seems there is. I think this whole thing is a damn coup, designed to enslave people, or some sh*t like this. There are more than enough groups trying to reach world domination. It also seems the whole thing is a damn bioweapon. “Never let a good crisis go to waste”.

I don’t have time to cover everything, but:

Yes, people still need to be vigilant when wearing a mask. Far too many people get complacent and think it is enough to protect them.
There is still no consistent evidence masks cause hypoxemia or hypercapnia, but there is evidence against it. Even if they do, there is no evidence mild hypoxemia or mild hypercapnia cause an inhibited immune system. There has been considerable research in this field given that hypercapnia is a common side-effect of COPD, which is one of the worlds largest, mostly unrecognized killers. I only know about it because I have lost family to it.
Masks do not magically stop working after a few hours. Yes, cloth/paper masks become less effective, but they do not become ineffective.
Asymptomatic carriers are an unknown - estimates put asymptomatic transmission anywhere between 2.2% and 45%, the numbers fluctuate so wildly because it is difficult to confirm between asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic carriers.
Plexiglass face shields only block direct respiratory droplets - they don’t block those small enough to be temporarily airborne. Shield & mask is the safer option.
If governments are really so interested in a total surveillance state, why are they recommending face masks? There are so many other ways to track people already in existence that these crazy ideas about contact tracking apps or injecting trackers with a vaccine are preposterous. Facial recognition is so much easier, China do it already - and introducing masks is antithetical to this.
Far too many of these one world government and illuminati type conspiracy ideas ignore some major facts - some governments will never get along, and would actively try to undermine each other if there was a foothold to be gained. If there really was evidence of a virus conspiracy in America you can guarantee the Russians or Chinese would have it, and would have used it to destabilize the country even further. Instead they are just inflaming racial tensions. The same would happen with Russia towards Ukraine, and many other existing enmities.

But I’m done. I have better things to do.

Thanks for your input and the work you put into this 🙂 I would like to write a (relatively ;-)) short answer for the sake of completeness.

1.) I agree with you. 2.) If you are correct then CO2 reinhalation does not play a major role, or a drop in O2 concentration, still I think that rebreathing bacteria and viruses that collect in the mask are a big problem. I read several reports of people contracting a severe lung illness after wearing masks during long hours, rendering them incapable of work. This may cause long term damage - as you said, lung diseases should be taken very serious. Perhaps many people do not switch masks often enough, or this is an inherent side effect of masks if worn long enough, I cannot tell. 3.) Ok. In our newspapers they reported that masks loose their function after a few hours, so this was probably poor journalism. I guess some of the protection remains as you said then. 4.) Ok, I cannot tell this as well. I just read several times that asymptomatic carriers are not infectious or very unlikely to infect anyone.
5.) I think you are right regarding the droplets. But as mask wearing is most likely not healthy at all plexiglass shields might be the better alternative overall, at least for most of the population. Risk groups should probably wear both. I cannot assess this as long as there is no direct comparison of effectiveness of plexiglass and mask. 6.) I think for the coming surveillance state the smartphone will be key and center, anyone will need it and wont leave the house without it, as you will need it for EVERYTHING. Just like in China. So this will be the main identification - they will put people on a leash by smartphone. You wont be able to do sh*t without it. I heard that the covid tracking software is already on every android phone - it was put there by update and is currently inactive. They will activate it at a later time. Then they will move more and more functions to the smartphone, for example payment. They will claim that cash spreads the infection. It will also be a passport and necessary to vote. Etc. etc. etc. Facial recognition is therefore only a secondary means of identification, they will use this as well of course, as well as all other sources of identification and mass surveillance. But smartphone will most likely be Nr. 1… 7.) Yes, many of these groups fight each other and cancel each other out, which is a good thing. I think we would have gotten a world government a long time ago already if this would not be the case. However, currently it seems that a certain group finally collected most of the power and reached dominance over all other groups and over much of the world. One of the US founding fathers said: “If you want to know who rules over you, you just need to ask yourself whom you are not allowed to criticize”. So the answer is very clear, as there is only one group nowadays that everyone fears to criticize in public, and everyone knows this group and that you better dont say a word against them. But calling this group out loud is so politically incorrect and goes so much against peoples programming that they only react with cognitive dissonance, so most cannot give themselves the answer to this question. The masses are not interested in the truth anyways, so they dont even have this problem 😉

Many times they are lazy and simply doing a search on lesser-known or popular search engines like DuckDuckgo or others, will show actual, real, organic search results with actual clinical trials and studies that not being actively buried by the demons that run Big Pharma.

MY cat also got COVID-19 the same time I did. Her kidneys failed ans she also had no appetite. The Vet flushed her knidneys but she still wasn't eating. I put the Colloidal Silver in her water and 3 days later she is eating again.
PLEase be open minded and use Colloidal Silver if you have a coronavirus. Vitamine D, Sunshine & COVID-19 (Coronavirus): great facts!
Fact #1: A study from Indonesia, which looked at data from 780 COVID-19 patients, found those with a vitamin D level between 20 ng/mL (50 nmol/L) and 30 ng/mL (75 nmol/L) had a sevenfold higher risk of death than those with a level above 30 ng/mL. Having a level below 20 ng/mL was associated with a 12 times higher risk of death.

Fact #2: Another study, which provides data from 20 European countries, also found that “the probability of developing COVID-19, and of dying from it, is NEGATIVELY correlated with mean population vitamin D status, with both probabilities reaching zero above about 75 nmol/L,” (30 ng/mL) A vitamin D3 blood level of at least 75 nmol/L (30 ng/ml) is needed for protection against COVID-19.

In the paper, authors concluded, “We believe that we can advise vitamin D supplementation to protect against SARS-CoV2 infection.” Moreover, toxicity has not been demonstrated until blood levels go above 200 ng/mL (500 nmol/L).

The recommended blood level for optimal health is currently between 60 ng/mL (150 nmol/L) and 80 ng/mL (200 nmol/L). In other words, there’s a significant margin of safety, even if you manage to exceed the optimal range.

Fact #03: In addition to vitamin D optimization, QUERCETIN — which acts similarly to the drug hydroxychloroquine — and ZINC may further lower your risk of COVID-19. Compelling evidence suggests the reason hydroxychloroquine appears so useful in the treatment of COVID-19 is a zinc improves zinc uptake into the cell.
(So this also works for prevention!!!)

FACT #4: We could fix the COVID-19 pandemic in as little as 30 days simply by making sure everyone is taking vitamin D in sufficiently large doses. Get some beach sunshine this week and all summer!!

The Negligence of Face Masks

Face masks haven't been shown, by the weight of publicly available scientific evidence on the matter, to be of any net help (when benefits exceed harms) with regard to COVID-19.

One harm from face masks is lowered sun exposure, which lowers vitamin D levels. To get enough vitamin D, you'll need to expose enough skin area for enough time, depending on skin tone. Here is a table of sunlight requirements for human beings:

1 hour per week in midday sun in shorts and t-shirt (arms & legs exposed)

3.5 hours per week in midday sun in pants and long sleeves (only face and hands exposed)

Brown skinned
3 hours per week in midday sun in shorts and t-shirt (arms & legs exposed)

10.5 hours per week in midday sun in pants and long sleeves (only face and hands exposed)

Note how hard it'd be for a brown-skinned person in pants and long sleeves to meet requirements for vitamin D. They'd need to be outside in the sun from noon to 1:30pm for 7 days each week (and even longer on cloudy days).

The prescription for sunlight is unreasonably high. Who has 90 minutes at noon each day to be outside? It also shows that many people cannot "afford" to be wearing masks (they can't even meet requirements without covering up their face).

It also brings up the possibility, because vitamin D is so crucial for survival, that forcing them to wear masks is akin to 'negligent killing' (involuntary manslaughter). If you enact a mandate which forces people into higher risk of death, you are on shaky legal ground to say the least.

Sometimes I have to take a moment to remind myself that we now live in a world where the vast majority of healthy and asymptomatic people are wearing cloth masks on their faces based on demonstrably bad data and they don't question it. Some employees in certain jobs are struggling to breathe throughout their entire day because they will lose their job unless they wear a rag over the nose and mouth, which is actually slowly weakening their immune system and has been shown to cause bacterial and fungal infections and dental problems.

The mask is a humiliation device that robs a person of their identity. Never do these people consider that God and nature never intended for humans to cover their nose and mouth and compromise their breathing. It's clear that the people behind this scamdemic know all of this and actually wish to cause widespread suffering and chronic illness.

The same psychopathic elites who complain about how the Earth is overpopulated are the same ones who have terrified most people for the past 6 months and encouraged them to believe that muzzling themselves and making it hard for them to breathe is the right thing to do. And soon a vaccine that nobody needs, developed by a man who wants to reduce the population will be mandated through coercive policies and the threat of exclusion and ostracism from society if a person doesn't take it. And the vast majority will take the vaccine and the digital immunity passport that comes with it just like they wear the mask that is slowly making them sicker.

No doubt the vaccine will have the same effect in time. If a person knows that the vaccine isn't necessary and they only agree to take it out of fear of the consequences if they don't, then they are failing to fight for their own freedoms and bodily autonomy. They are not standing up against tyranny and injustice. They are simply going along to get along, they are taking it so that they can continue to protect their livelihood. They are indirectly admitting that their body is not their own, that they are in fact the property someone else. This is cowardice and what this does is set a precedent whereby the Government and big pharma have control over your body such that you have given them permission to inject you with whatever they want, whenever they want.

Expect more fake pandemics as Gates and WHO have said in the future. I firmly believe that the vaccine is designed to make most people sterile and sicker, weakening their immune systems and making them vulnerable to future coronaviruses. This is how a massive population reduction could be achieved. I'm staggered at how humanity has not woken up and I'm beginning to think it's too late for most people to connect the dots and come to their senses.

I happen to know a thing or two about masks and safety. Why? Because for 25 years I was the editor of an award-winning trade magazine called HazMat Management that covered such topics as pollution prevention and compliance with health & safety laws. We routinely published articles on masks, gloves, respirators and other forms of personal protective equipment (PPE). Now let me tell you a few things about that mask you're wearing. And please note that what I'm about to share was also stated in the most recent edition of Del Bigtree's program The Highwire when two OSHA mask experts spoke to the fact that the kinds of masks people are wearing were never (never!) designed to be worn for long periods and doing so is very harmful.
The blue typical mask depicted in the photograph contain Teflon and other chemicals. A Facebook friend reminds us: 1. Masks are "sterilized" with Ethylene Oxide — a known carcinogen. Many teachers in various school boards have been experiencing significant symptoms as a direct result of the effects of this chemical. 2. The masks contain (not sprayed with) PTFE which makes up Teflon along with other chemicals.
I found and have posted the US patent to allow manufacturers to use PTFE as a filter in commercial masks... breathing these for extended periods can lead to lung cancer."
Don't agree? Argue with the experts at OSHA, which is the main US agency, i.e., its Occupational Health & Safety Agency. These masks are meant to be worn only for short periods, like say if you're sanding a table for an hour and don't want to inhale sawdust. They don't do anything whatsoever to stop the spread of any virus, and the emerging science of virology now understands that viruses aren't even passed person to person. I know that sounds incredible, but it's the case that the virus is in the air, you breath it in, there's no way to prevent that short of living in an oxygen tent, and if you have a strong immune system you'll be fine, and if you have a weak immune system you may have to deal with the effects of your immune system working to restore balance within your metabolism.
So let's say you don't wear the blue packaged masks, and instead wear a homemade cloth mask — the kind people wear over and over and hang on their rearview mirror and so on. Those masks are completely useless against a virus, and are also very dangerous. OSHA would never condone a person wearing a mask of this kind for anything more than the shortest time. Re-breathing your own viral debris is dangerous to health, and the oxygen deprivation children suffer wearing such masks all day will certainly cause brain damage. I'm not making this up. Again, you might say, well, Guy you're not a doctor. True, but I did edit that magazine for 25 years. That's a long time and many articles on masks and PPE. I've attended numerous OH&S conferences and listened to experts discussing these matters.
You may hear people saying that surgeons and nurses wear masks like this all day. Um, no. No they don't. They're trained in the proper use of masks, which is to wear them in the OR, then dispose of the mask when they leave that room. Are you aware that operating rooms are actually supplied extra oxygen, to compensate for the reduction in oxygen flow from mask wearing? To my mind, it's criminal (not hyperbole) to force children to wear masks all day. Setting aside the very real psychological effects, we're going to have a generation of brain damaged children. Ever heard the expression, "Not enough oxygen at birth?" That's a joke at the expense of a mentally challenged person, but that's literally what we're doing. And we're told it's to "keep us safe"! We're told this by doctors who actually don't know about PPE and laypeople who have no clue.
So, you can choose to believe me or not, but I was the editor for a quarter century of a magazine that had a strong occupational health and safety mandate, and I can tell you that the mask wearing currently mandated by governments and private businesses offers no health benefit whatsoever, in no way protects you or anyone else from any virus, and actually does you damage beyond wearing it for a few minutes.
Got that? Good. Now please share this message and get the conversation going with parents, who must end this masking of children immediately. This is a very serious matter. And related to that, let me just state this doesn't end for me when the lockdown ends or the masking ends. No, this ends for me when every politician and bureaucrat who inflicted this travesty, this crime against humanity, on the population of Canada (and other affected countries) is in the dock, and faces their misdeeds in a court of law.

The RNA Interference system (RNAi) is a mechanism by which cells control gene expression by shutting off translation of mRNA. RNAi can also be used to shut down translation of viral proteins when a cell is infected by a virus. The RNAi system also has the potential to be exploited therapeutically1 and can prevent the viral RNA from replicating.

1 | IODINE

An essential mineral, iodine is used by the thyroid gland to make thyroid hormones that control many functions in the body including growth and development, repairing damaged cells and supporting a healthy metabolism.

Because your body does not produce iodine, it needs to be supplied in the diet. Assuming that Montagnier's Pasteur Institute's genetic analysis of the 30,000 base pairs SARS Cov 2 pathogen is correct (it was based on actual samples from French people who showed Covid - like symptoms) and that the 'virus' is a chimera consisting of part HIV inserts (to surpass the body's toll-like receptions in the lungs), part bat virus and part malaria (parasite that causes systemic inflammation) then hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin and other anti-parasitic treatments (tried and trusted) is an appropriate and effective solution. My bet is with the Pasteur Institute until some other university department throws light on the actual pathology of the SARS Cov 2 problem in more depths. See less

1. The study confirmed presence of mRNA in breast milk. It's a pretty big leap to go from breast milk to saliva and the proscription against kissing and close contact.

2. The mere presence of mRNA doesn't in and of itself imply transmission; there needs to be a way for the mRNA to enter cells, hence the LNP wrapper for the "vaccines." If free floating mRNA were able to infect cells to any great degree on its own, pretty much every virus would just do that rather than bother with nucleocapsids and interfacing proteins.

3. Presence of mRNA doesn't mean the full sequence, it means the presence of identifying markers. That could mean complete sequences, or it could (more likely) mean degraded fragments. Even if free-floating mRNA could enter cells, fragments would be insufficient to code for anything meaningful.

The big issue with shedding has been with the spike protein in secretions like breast milk as the spike protein is cytotoxic on its own, and vaccination effectively induces a bolus of the protein via mRNA-mediated production. That production doesn't persist indefinitely, though, as the cells responsible for production die off following "vaccination." While mRNA may persist following the destruction of transfected cells, owing to the unnatural durability conferred by its use of pseudouridine, such mRNA is effectively dead with regard to transmission.

mRNA may yet exhibit side-effects for the "vaccinated," but probably not much else.

Dr. Ardis recommends this protocol:

EDTA - 500mg twice daily
Apple Pectin - 1400mg daily
Melatonin - 3-5mg supplement at night

Flowers for my sister. She died after taking the mRNA ’vaccine’.

”Chlorophyll helps.” I saw my dead sister in a dream after her death and she said those two words to me before I woke up. Actually, in my language, Finnish, the message was: ”leafgreen helps”. Maybe she meant the ’vaccine’ or maybe she meant our planet. I don’t know, but she was clearly upset.

It was not a happy dream. My sister was pale and crying. I believe the situation we humans are facing is very grave.

She was killed by the long-term effects of the mRNA toxic injections. She told me prior to her death that she had ”them all” because of her doctor’s recommendation. She took them in good faith, trusting the system because most people in my country are oblivious to dangers. She told me she couldn’t understand why she was so sick all the time all of a sudden when before, she didn’t ever get colds. It’s as if her immune system wasn’t functioning anymore. The symptoms she had prior to death included autoimmune problems, aggressive cancer, vanishing blood iron (down to 70) and electrolytes (lack of potassium and magnesium) which caused her heart to go into ventricular fibrillation in her sleep.

In essence, her heart stopped for over 14 minutes before she was brought back by a defibrillator. We thought her brain would never recover from the lack of oxygen, we were given zero chance, but she woke up the next day with her mind intact miraculously, razor-sharp.

I could have long conversations with her. It was as if she was sent back, on a mission. To give us love and maybe to show us that there are powers greater than we imagine and God is not happy with the situation how evil has taken over the Earth.

She would live for one month after recovering from heart failure. Then she got embolia, in other words *clots*, developing in her lungs. She received dissolving medicine but she lost her appetite and they refused to give her any intravenous nourishment. At the same time, as it later turned out, they gave her high doses of morphine on an empty stomach.

I believe the morphine killed her. The pain she had was pain from cranky joints from immobility, not cancer pains. I asked her before they gave her morphine if she had any pain and she said ”no” but they knocked her out with their ’medicines’ without our knowledge. She slept away after receiving a big dose of morphine and her breathing stopped.

After her death, there were long lines to all funeral services. And the statistics showed that the rate of the excess deaths reached the peak of 42% a few months after her death, to an immense silence from the official media.

I believe most of my comments get censored or hidden by platforms like Youtube. It’s the censorship-pharmaceutical-military-industrial complex, so I’m turning to places like Brighteon.

My sister’s neighbour also died within a day or two of taking the killer shot. I was told he died of the vaccine. The official line in my country (Finland) is that nobody has died of the mRNA injections. A big lie.

Additionally, a friend of mine developed a brain tumor after taking the injections but I gave her copious amounts of Greek mountain tea (Sideritis scardica, a detox and anti-inflammatory herb) and the tumor stopped growing and she’s feeling better.

Everybody I know seems to be having some kind of health problems if they took the injections. One person even got compensated for ’vaccine injury’ but she still continues to take the boosters. She’s a friend of my mother so I’m battling to convince my own mother not to take the killshots anymore. She wants to believe only in the positive things.

If they get away with this, what else do they have in store for us?

Thanks, I needed to get this off my chest without anybody censoring. I’m not giving medical advice for obvious legal reasons. I’m just telling what happened to my family and friends. There are countless similar tales by what I’ve seen. Some accounts are chillingly identical to what happened to my sister. I want to get the word out.
